Orders must be placed by 13:00 for same-day delivery. To schedule delivery for another day, simply select your preferred date at checkout.
Yes, we do! Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 13:00.
We aim to deliver between 14:00 and 18:00. Although we strive to meet specific time requests, we cannot guarantee exact delivery times due to factors such as traffic or weather conditions. If we’re unable to meet your preferred time, we’ll contact you via phone or WhatsApp with an update.
At this time, we focus on deliveries within Johannesburg. If you have a special request for delivery outside this area, please reach out to us, and we’ll do our best to assist.
If the recipient is not available, we’ll try to reach them to arrange a solution—this could include leaving the flowers with a neighbour or rescheduling.
Please note: Flowers are perishable and should be delivered within one day of the scheduled date. After multiple failed delivery attempts, Flowers by LeeNela cannot be held responsible for non-delivery.
Yes. If we’re unable to complete the delivery and cannot reach either you or the recipient, a redelivery fee will apply. This includes shipping costs and, in some cases, the cost of new flowers if the original ones are no longer suitable. To avoid additional charges, we recommend confirming that someone will be available to receive the delivery.
